We are committed to raising healthy, happy, well socialized Great Dane puppies that are AKC registered from strong, health-tested parents. As responsible breeders, we are very picky who our puppies go to. They are family and, as such, we require only the best homes for our puppies. Please read through the policies on this page before sending in an application so you aren’t surprised. Puppy applications can be obtained through our GoodDog.com page link at https://my.gooddog.com/jordan-giants-indiana .
Our puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee against anything genetic & life-threatening, vet checked, starter vaccines, microchipped (with a lifelong registration already in place with AKC Reunite), limited AKC registration, and a personalized puppy pack. We also start crate and potty training before they leave for their forever families. Limited AKC registration simply means they will not have clearance to breed or compete in conformation. All other AKC activities are open to all our puppies. A very select few will go to show homes, meaning they come with full registration, but only to people who are established reputable breeders/show people or those mentoring under us. All puppies come with a contract between us and the buyer that we take seriously for the lifelong safety and health of our puppies . A sample is at the bottom of this page.
We do not price based on color or gender, but on registration. Prices for puppies are as follows:
Limited AKC registration $2,000 (with a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit)
Show Home/Full AKC registration $3,000 (with a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit)

Our Policies
- We breed PETS first and foremost. Our goal is to breed healthy, happy Great Dane family members for our buyers (puppy parents).
- Puppies go home between 8-10 weeks of age.
- All our pups come with limited AKC registration in an effort to reduce backyard breeders.
- Full registration will be given only under very specific situations.
- Stacy (the alpha around here) makes the final decision on whose applications are approved. She is very careful, thoughtful, prayerful, and nosey about the families she entrusts with the pups. She will ask questions of the buyers. Lots of them. The goal is for none of our puppies to ever need to be rehomed or put in a shelter, so we want to make sure they go to homes that are prepared and a good fit for them.
- All puppies are microchipped in a way that allows our name to remain on them indefinitely as their breeder, again to try to protect the puppies should they ever be given away.
- We charge the same for all colors and genders. The difference in costs is in the registration for us. Full registration, when rarely given, costs significantly more.
- In general, we prefer not to crop Great Dane puppy ears. It’s not that we find anything wrong with it, but it is a major hassle and families often don’t realize the work that goes into making sure the ears stay posted afterwards (or how long that has to happen), so it ends up a waste of money. When we do crop, we only crop a puppy’s ears if the owner has requested it by 2 weeks of age, along with paying in full for the puppy and the crop by 6.5 weeks of age (cost of crop is $1500 to include cropping and cost of travel for Jordan Giants). Puppies have to be picked up by buyer within 24 hours of crop usually between 7-8 weeks of age.
- Refunds of any kind are only given if puppy dies while in the care of Jordan Giants. No exceptions. This means that any deposits or monies paid to Jordan Giants are absolutely non-refundable unless the puppy passes away while in our care. We are not trying to be mean or scam anyone. We simply automatically put all funds right back into the litter through vet care, food, etc., so the funds are used up and not available for return.
- We offer lifelong advice, encouragement and help to all families of our puppies. We have a strict return policy on all puppies. We are here for the lifetime of our puppies. (And we adore keeping in touch with our puppy families).
- We prefer puppies to be picked up from our home. It allows you to meet the puppy’s Mom and see where they are raised. That being said, sometimes delivery is absolutely necessary. At this point, we do offer delivery in a following ways: 1.) we can meet the buyer within 2 hours of our home for an additional $300 on top of purchase price to cover gas; 2.) we can meet at either Knoxville, TN or Columbia, SC (our families are there) for an additional $800 on top of purchase price; 3.) we can deliver anywhere 75 cents per mile plus $200 per 8 hours of driving (including our round trip) to cover gas, hotel, and traveling expenses; 4.) We will choose a flight nanny/pet transporter and the buyer must pay the going rate for them. These travel costs must be paid by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old or immediately if purchased older than that. We will NOT ship a puppy.
- Full cost of puppy must be paid by the time the puppy is 5 weeks old or immediately if puppy is older than 5 weeks old.

Buyer (please put your address and contact info here):
Financial Commitment:
Buyer must pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to hold puppy. If there is a waitlist for puppies, pick of puppy order will be decided by order of paid deposit. Deposit/Total cost of puppy (any funds sent to Jordan Giants) are non-refundable with the single exception of something causing the assigned puppy to die while in the care of Jordan Giants. If for any reason the BUYER has to relinquish a puppy they’ve paid for (deposit and/or total cost), their funds can be applied to the next litter of Jordan Giants only ONE time.
After the deposit, BREEDER will not accept partial payments with the exception of using GoodDog.com for all payments. BUYER can pay the deposit of $500 separately and then pay the remainder of total cost of puppy or BUYER can pay the total cost of puppy including the deposit at once.
Total cost of puppy will be $2000 for partial AKC registration or $3000 for full AKC registration to be paid in full by the time the puppy turns 5 weeks old or upon acceptance of application for puppy already 5 weeks or older.
Jordan Giants prefer not to crop ears on puppies solely because it is a hassle to maintain and we find most owners do not keep it up as they should, therefor wasting their money. If cropping is absolutely desired, BUYER must tell BREEDER by 2 weeks of age and pay an additional $1500 before 6.5 weeks of age for puppy, along with the puppy being picked up within 24 hours of procedure (about 8 weeks).
_______ Ear cropping is desired for this puppy. BUYER understands they have to pay an additional $1500 to BREEDER before puppy is 6.5 weeks old for scheduling and must pick their puppy up within 24 hours of procedure at approximately 8 weeks of age.
____X___ Ear cropping is not desired for this puppy.
Delivery of Puppy – Please choose your option for picking up your puppy. This must be decided no later than 7 weeks old to provide BREEDER time for planning travel. All puppies must be picked up by no later than 10 weeks of age with the exception of puppies purchased after that point in time.
___X___Option 1: BUYER may pick up puppy from BREEDER’s home. This is preferred option of BREEDER because it allows the BUYER to meet the mother dog as well. This option is free.
______Option 2: BREEDER can meet BUYER within 2 driving hours of Lawrenceburg, IN for an additional $300.
______Option 3: BREEDER can deliver to/meet BUYER in either Knoxville, TN or Columbia, SC for an additional $800. These cities are cheaper simply because BREEDER has family there and thus would not need a hotel. Chosen city is _____________________________________________________
______ Option 4: BREEDER can deliver anywhere for 75 cents per mile plus $200 per 8 hours travel time for a hotel. BUYER’s location is _________________________________________________________________.
_______Option 5: BREEDER can hire a flight nanny/delivery service at which point the BUYER pays the going rate for such services and they must be chosen by BREEDER.
BREEDER POLICIES
________ BUYER understands that at no time is the puppy allowed to be surrendered, sold, or transferred of ownership in any way without the foreknowledge and agreement of BREEDER in writing. If BUYER cannot keep puppy for any reason, BREEDER is to get puppy back at no cost to BREEDER. In an effort to work with the BUYER, BREEDER will pay travel cost to reclaim puppy. At no time will BREEDER pay BUYER to give dog back. At no time is BUYER allowed to sell, surrender, or change ownership of puppy without BREEDER agreement in writing. There is a strict $1000 fee paid to BREEDER if BUYER violates this policy, along with BREEDER may legally reclaim puppy from wherever or whomever the BUYER has transferred ownership to without any cost to BREEDER.
________ BUYER understands that all puppies bred by BREEDER are microchipped in the name of Stacy Jordan and must remain with her listed on them as BREEDER even after puppy has come to BUYER’s home. This is for puppy’s safety. If puppy is ever lost or surrendered, BREEDER will be contacted if BUYER is unavailable. If BUYER is wanting puppy back, BUYER will be responsible for transportation to get puppy.
________ BUYER understands that unless full AKC registration has been given, this puppy is never to be bred. BUYER agrees to take all precautions possible to assure this including keeping puppy separate from opposite gender dogs in season or while puppy is in season, spaying/neutering after the age of 2, etc. BUYER understands that puppies can go into season (get pregnant) as early as 4-6 months and will pay close attention to a female puppy for signs of a heat cycle. If all precautions are taken and an accidental litter still occurs, BUYER will turn to BREEDER for advice and help in raising/placing puppies. No puppies may end up at a shelter of any kind. If good homes cannot be found for any puppies from a breeding with a Jordan Giant, BREEDER will take at no cost to BREEDER and find good homes.
________ BUYER will keep BREEDER up to date with all contact information and BREEDER will do same for BUYER. Jordan Giants is a family and BUYER understands that BREEDER would love pictures of puppy throughout life, if possible. Keeping information up to date is also important should the puppy be lost. Puppy must be seen by a vet regularly and stay on a minimum of heartworm preventative at BUYER’s cost. This is considered a requirement of the contract and the decision not to have the puppy seen regularly by a vet and maintained on a minimum of heartworm preventative is considered negligence on the BUYER’s part.
